All our production units are certified ISO 9001:2000 and we implement the principles of TQM

ISO 14001 certification has already been obtained by Umicore Norway and Angleur. Work is in progress to achieve equivalent certification for other sites. Umicore Malaysia will be certified by end of 2005 and Umicore Australia by end of 2006.
